Please join “us” for a Family Show at Tampa’s STRAZ CENTER on 4/11/15! Having learned to be a ventriloquist from a library book, I’m happy to say that I’m having the time of my life! With AFFORDABLE themed or eclectic interactive stories, songs (with guitar), and an ever expanding soft-faced ventriloquist puppet family (no Chuckies here!), I bring interactive, age appropriate, highly entertaining and educational programs to children (toddlers through 6th grade) and families; my adult concerts are casual and intimate. Naturally, the ventriloquist puppets are the Stars of every performance. With children, I’m very pro-reading and character counts, and always present with gusto! While I’ve recently moved from the Chicago area to Florida, I continue to perform on a national level, at libraries, schools, preschools, park districts, birthday parties, museums, performing arts centers, retirement homes, churches, synagogues, etc. I am an Illinois Arts Council Artist; a CAPS Artist of Fairfax County, Virginia; have twice been the keynote speaker for early childhood educator’s seminars through the University of Chicago; and featured in Chicago’s “BEST OF THE BEST DIRECTORY” for adult library presentations (a great honor).
“Your presentation lit the fire in our students!” Woonsocket School, South Dakota–“My girls saw your show at the George Mason Library a few years back; they are STILL retelling your stories! They are now 6.5 and 11 years old, and want to know when you’ll be back!” An email from a parent, Annandale, Virginia. SO, PLEASE CONTACT ME, AND LET’S TALK!
